About Anthony J Piparo:

Tony has Masters’ degrees in Education and Kinesiology (study of human movement) and a Ph. D. in Performance Psychology. He is an internationally recognized author, lecturer, and consultant and award winning researcher. He earned the prestigious American Psychological Association’s Dissertation award for his research into, “The Effects of Stress on Concentration and Performance in Sport.  His books include, “Kingdom of the Tiger: A Golfer’s Guide to Playing in The Zone”, and “Ascent Into Hell.”

Tony has developed simple, yet powerful tools to help individuals eliminate the debilitating effects of stress on their performance, happiness, health, productivity, and quality of life.  He has worked with golfers and athletes in almost every sport of all ages and ability levels.  He has also helped performance artists (singers, dancers, actors) business professionals, students with test anxiety perform better and assists individuals from all walks of life deal more effectively with everyday issues.  He conducts workshops and provides consulting services to both groups and individuals.
